The Digg Podcast is partnering with the Women in Business Awards to showcase Northern Ireland's extraordinary women who are making a significant impact on the economy and inspiring the next generation of women leaders.

The awards recognise excellence, resilience & achievement among women professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

We want to help share the stories of the incredible women who are leading the way in their sectors.

Entries are now open with a new ‘Growth & Scaling Business of the Year’ category. The Young Businesswoman of the Year award has also expanded into two categories; Employee and Entrepreneur, to reflect the rising number of young women starting businesses across NI.

If you would like to enter the awards or nominate someone you know, the deadline
is Monday, 19th January 2026.

The Digg Podcast team will be there on the night of the awards (12th March 2026) to speak to as many people as possible and showcase the inspiring women we have here in NI.
