The Big Day Out Event Terms & Conditions

1. Ticketing and Refund Policy

● Ticket Price: £99 per person, payable in full at the time of booking.
● Refunds: Non refundable. See Refund Policy.
● Transfer of Tickets: Tickets are transferable to other individuals but not to future events. All transfers
must be confirmed by Wednesday 15th April 2026.

2. Admission Requirements

● This is an Over 18s event.
● All attendees must present their tickets (Printed or Email) for admission.

3. Event Schedule

● Event Timing: The event runs from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am. Please plan to arrive on time to enjoy all
scheduled activities.
● Drinks Reception: Starts at 3:00 pm. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be served responsibly;
please bring a valid ID if you intend to consume alcohol.
● Goody Bag: One bag per person.
● Shopping: Access to a selection of vendors offering exclusive items and experiences. All vendors will
have card machines, however, there can be WIFI issues so bring cash, just in case.
● Meal and Supper: Served at designated times. Hotel staff will take Dietary Restrictions, for Dinner only,
when seated at the table.
● Entertainment: DJ will entertain throughout the day and night.

4. Code of Conduct

● All attendees are expected to treat others with respect and maintain appropriate behaviour throughout
the event.
● The organisers reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone engaging in inappropriate or
disruptive behaviour.

5. Health and Safety

● By attending, guests agree to follow all health and safety protocols in place at the venue.
● If you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you refrain from attending and
consider transferring your ticket to another guest.

6. Photography and Media Release
● Photographers and videographers may capture portions of the event for promotional purposes. By
attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional materials such as Social Media
Platforms and the Digg Community Website.
● If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the Event Team at the event.

7. Liability

● The organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Attendees are
encouraged to keep valuables secure.
● The organisers are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from the consumption of food,
beverages, or activities at the event.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

● The event is subject to change or cancellation at the organisers’ discretion. In the event of cancellation,
a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date will be offered.

● Should any substantial changes to the event schedule or offerings occur, attendees will be informed via
email.

9. Privacy

● Any personal data provided during the ticket purchase will be used only for event-related communication
and will not be shared with third parties.
